Our Freephone number 0800 953 0405 is purely for use by the legal profession. It is a single point of contact for reservations, amendments and queries. Our co-ordinators deal with solicitors, barristers and judges, they are fully conversant with the provisions of Part 23 of the Practice Direction relating to telephone hearings.

Transcription

Our transcription service is Law Society approved – in association with Smith Bernal Reporting we provide a seamless, secure and cost effective transcription service.

Transcriptions include speaker identification and can be either Court Style or Verbatim.

Easy Reservations

Easy, fast reservations by 'phone, e-mail, fax and the Internet, we know that time is of the essence, so we dispense with the need to set up new users, you don't even have to quote an account number. We provide templates and passwords to speed up the booking process.

We guarantee to initiate urgent Conferences within 5 minutes.

Onward Billing

Pre-billling costs are provided by 'phone, email or fax. The facility can be set up as standard for the company or provided on request.

Branding

For your important clients we quote you company name when connecting clients together.

Branded e-mail/fax templates so that our operators know instantly that you require a call.

Intranet information

For companies with Intranet sites we provide a simple step-by-step guide to booking and holding a Conference Call or telephone hearing.

Recording

Recordings are delivered to you by tape cassette, dictaphone tape, CD or we can even e-mail an electronic recording to you within 2 hours of the end of your Conference. Tapes and CD's are forwarded by Hays DX, as we believe that the DX system provides the necessary security and service level to handle confidential material.

We store all recording for 2 years, as standard, longer periods are available on request.

And for telephone hearings…

Delay notification for instances where the judge overruns. LegalConnect contacts each court daily with our hearings list, the court informs us as soon as they know that a delay is imminent, we contact you and you can get on with other important business.

FREE training

LegalConnect offers free coaching in the use, and uses, of conference calling via our data conferencing package 'Present Online'.

Interpreters

LegalConnect provides on-line Interpreters in over 100 languages to join your Conference Calls. Interpreters can be arranged in minutes, costs are £6 per minute.
